This is a 1 year old building with great amenities; including an outdoor private terrace, a private social room, a lounge, and a yoga & fitness room. In the unit there is air conditioning, heating, and an in-suite washer and dryer. The common areas of the unit will be furnished, however your room will not be. The kitchen has large amounts of storage, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a full double sink, and a full fridge/freezer. The unit also has a large balcony which is accessible from the living room. Your room will be 9’x13’, with two windows and a built in closet. You will have your own full private bathroom. This building is within a 20-25 minute walking distance to the middle of the main Waterloo Campus. Underground parking is available for an extra cost of $100/month. I do not have access to this unit until the specified move in date, however I did take pictures of similar units in the building when I toured it and can send those to you if you are interested. I can also share floor plan details as well :) As a disclaimer, you would only be able to sublet this room from Sept-Dec.

Hello! I am 23 years old and I will be starting my graduate studies at the University of Waterloo in September. I have a cat, her name is Parsley. I am a friendly person and am easy to get along with. I like talking with the people I live with, but also enjoy time to myself. I am a night owl, so you may find me in the living room at 1am reading or playing a video game, with headphones on, don’t worry ;). However, I am a heavy sleeper, so if you are a morning person you probably won’t wake me up. I am relatively clean person and like my living spaces to reflect that. I have celiac disease, meaning I am allergic to gluten/wheat. So it would be a plus if baking isn’t one of your hobbies.
