Private room in clean apartment $750/m.

• Biweekly payment available if you are working.

The minimum duration is one month. Stay as long as you want, leave when you want. Please, just let me know before the very last day.

😻Letting you know upfront I own a cat! I clean up after him, but I don’t want to waste your time if you have allergies. 😻

🛏️Room is freshly cleaned (wash/vac/shampoo), painted, new electrical covers, a TV mount, new modern plastic blinds and *new curtains and new rug!

🍽️Shared small kitchen is equipped with standard major appliances (fridge/freezer, stove), several small appliances (microwave, airfryer, toaster), and cookware.

🍽️Dishes and utensils are provided so you are meal time ready!

🍽️Don’t like washing dishes? No problem! The little dishwasher has us covered! (gotta scrape and rinse though)

🚽Shared bathroom with personal storage solutions!

🚌Bus stops are located steps from the driveway!

💡Utilities are included, no extra stress!

🛜Enjoy gaming level high-speed Wifi without being throttled!

• If our combined normal use lags, the package will be improved at no additional cost to you. Game on!

🔐Know you and your things are safe and secure with access to security cameras through your personal device from anywhere! (kitchen/hall).

• Unlimited viewing and downloading from in-home security. Never deal with any “I said. You said.”, “Trust me bro!” or “I don’t know”

*new curtains and new rug not pictured, will be supplied when a move-in agreement is reached. I will try to get the colours you want.

📅Is a scheduled person who works from home on the weekday, goes to the gym weeknights and volunteers on weekends

😽Has a cat around 6 yrs old. Open to you bringing a pet with respect to the safety, health and happiness of my own cat.

🧻Open to sharing (and possibly supplying) some household consumable items.

🚗Owns a car and willing to assist with rides occasionally (appointments/events/exams), but you need to handle your own daily travel (work/school)

🗣️Prefers open and clear communication. Don’t need the details of your life, just rather not be haunted by a ghost who sometimes makes me wait for the bathroom.

🎨Spare time usually spent creating something digital or physical, watching cartoons or streams, or being outside. Also learning to cook, so there could be extra sometimes.

🫶Open to ANYONE who fits the vibe of ‘love and accept people’. You are who you are and that is fantastic! (unless who you are is hateful, in which case don’t contact me)

🫟I’m an outgoing person, but I’m struggling with the idea of posting my whole home (and work space) in this way. I’m not a landlord renting some disconnected property, I live here, my life is here.
