About the room

The landlords are nice and not disruptive. The area is pretty calm. Road parking is readily available. The room is unfurnished, but there is a living room that has furniture along with my television, which can be used. There’s a porch with furniture as well for outdoor reading and such.

About the roomies

I am a 29 year old guy who works part time. I generally keep to myself, however I do not mind chatting or watching movies. I do chat online with friends, however I am not generally up late. I don’t have frequent guests either as I prefer to go out. Beyond me the landlords are an older couple who are nice and non-disruptive.
