Putting feelers out for renting a room in my house again. After a bad experience with my last roommate I will be requiring references. Room for rent in a two bed one bath main floor suite in a house near Bonnie Doon mall. Many amenities nearby and garage parking is available. BBQ on the deck is available to use as well. Does include in suite laundry. Only the utilities are split with the basement.

Absolutely no pets, drugs, marijuana or smoking of any kind. I do have allergies.
