Godric : I don’t go out that often, I’m definitely a homebody who love the comfort of my own cozy apartment :P

The vibe here is really relax, quiet, we don’t bother one another at all. Respectful of each other space and quite easy going, haven’t had a real issue in forever.

I don’t mind having a roommate who has a couple of drinks and occasionally hosts people at the apartment, but I’m not a huge party person and would not want that at all in my apartment.
