This is a two-bedroom apartment right across the street(450m) from Sheridan College Trafalgar campus. It is a brand new apartment by Minto, has a bathroom for each bedroom, a walk-in closet, a study, a kitchen/dining area and a balcony. There is also a gym in the building. The apartment decor is currently minimal, so you can feel free to arrange it with your own touch!

For now I am the only one here, my name is Tony Liu and there’s a good chance I’m the first Chinese-Italian you meet. I’ve been living in Montreal for 10 years and I am going into honor bachelor of 3D animation at Sheridan College. I love to cook(check my story highlights), I practice MMA and Jiu Jitsu, freeskiing, play competitive table tennis, and am a CQB instructor. I’ve dabbled in high school hockey, badminton, photography, sim racing… I’m a big fan of traditional cinema, advanced literature, and screenplay writing, I follow both the Habs🔵⚪️🔴🏒 and Ferrari🐎🏎️ religiously so you know I deal well with depression. All to say, I could get along with pretty much anyone.

Ps I am also looking for a roommate, without pets because unfortunately I’m deathly allergic🥲
