You will share the kitchen and laundry with 4 respectful, quiet and clean roommates, all of whom are UBC students. The house is located just 1 stop away from UBC, with the bus stop just outside the house. It overlooks Spanish Banks beach and is very close to the Kitsilano neighbourhood with restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. It is perfect if you are arriving early before the start of the term, or are in between places. The room is equipped with a bed, mattress, TV, fan and wardrobe. Rent is negotiable. Open to renting to couples for a slightly higher rent. Sorry, no pets.
