It’s a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in a luxury building. Both the bedroom and the condo offer beautiful views, making the space feel bright and inviting. Gym and wi-fi are included. Utilities (hydro, heat, and water) are not included in the rent and will be split equally (50/50) between us each month.

You’ll only be sharing the condo with one person - me! You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, so you’ll have plenty of personal space while sharing the common areas.

I’m a corporate professional in my mid-20s who enjoys keeping the home neat, clean, and organized. I’m pretty easygoing and respectful of personal space. I’m generally quiet during the week because of work, but I’m always happy to chat, hang out, or grab a coffee when we’re both around.
