The home is located in Barrie’s South End near Yonge St and Big Bay Point Rd. The home is just a few minutes drive from HWY 400, downtown Barrie, Barrie beaches, both Barrie GO Stations, and is walking distance to bus stops. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. This room and space is single occupancy only and is best suited for a student or a working professional/tradesperson who is clean, quiet, friendly, safe, responsible, and respectful. I am a friendly young professional that works from home and lives a quiet, clean, healthy, and active lifestyle. Smoking not allowed inside the home but is ok outside. No pets.
