I’m offering a long-term home-share opportunity in my spacious detached Burlington home for someone seeking a calm, comfortable and respectful place to call home. I’m hoping to find someone who values privacy, cleanliness, stability and enjoys having their own independent life while sharing a welcoming home.

Ideally, you’re someone who enjoys living in Burlington and is building a life here for the long term.

One unique aspect of this home share is that I spend part of each winter travelling, so for several months of the year you’ll have the home largely to yourself while still enjoying the stability of a long-term arrangement.

Rent: $1,695/month plus shared utilities.
