DEDICATED USE of a Separate Den: Exclusive use of a bright, walk-out den area with access to the backyard—perfectly suited as your private office, study, quiet personal lounge, or hobby space.

Shared Spaces: Full access to a clean, fully equipped kitchen, main living areas, and outdoor backyard space.

Conveniences: 1.5 bathrooms, on-site laundry facilities, driveway parking space, and high-speed internet. An elliptical machine is also available for your use.

THE IDEAL HOUSEMATE: Financially stable with secure income. Respectful, clean, organized, and deeply considerate of shared spaces.An established daily routine and daytime employment/commitments outside of the home. Please Note: Due to the quiet nature of the household, this sanctuary-like environment is not suitable for individuals who work from home full-time on continuous phone or video calls.

TERMS & LOCATION: Single occupancy only.A mature, well-behaved pet may be considered for the right person. Location: Quiet Burlington neighbourhood near Upper Middle & Guelph Line, close to parks, shopping, trails, and major highways.

Rent: $1,700/month. This includes high-speed internet, parking, and a generous monthly baseline utility allowance (hydro/gas/water). To ensure predictable costs while encouraging responsible energy use (especially when I am away on trips), any monthly utility usage exceeding the standard household baseline cap will be split evenly unless I’m out of the country.
