The apartment is in a very convenient location near the University of Alberta and Whyte Avenue, making it especially suitable for students. H Mart can be accessed directly from the building, while Safeway, cafés, restaurants, shops and public transit are all just around the corner. The U of A campus and hospital, as well as the LRT station, are within easy walking distance.

The building offers a fitness centre, pool, private theatre, resident lounge, study room, bike storage and several other shared spaces. Heat, water and electricity are included, and the apartment has a dishwasher. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is located right next to our apartment.

You would be living with two friendly and easygoing girls. One is an engineering student at the University of Alberta, while the other is currently preparing for her medical entrance exam. There is also an sweet cat in the apartment, so the room is best suited to someone who enjoys living with pets.

The atmosphere at home is generally lively and social. Though everyone is respectful of the different routines and the need for calm, quiet and personal space.
