Must be mature, responsible non-smoker, clean up after yourself promptly in the shared kitchen. Share dining, but the living room is not shared. Located in the Edgemont area of North Vancouver. Quick to Highway one and Lionsgate bridge to Access downtown or the second narrows to access Burnaby.

I’m an active 67 year-old gentleman who still works part-time from home. I spend my time fairly quietly at home or I’m out at the gym, playing pickle ball, playing golf, mountain biking, snow, and Water Skiing and time away in the winter.
