Second floor of a characterful house in the Augustana neighbourhood, a little less than 10 minutes’ walk from campus, downtown and the trail system. The large bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, desk, dresser and night table, and a closet. There is a partial kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, kettle) and a second bedroom room set up as a living space with couch, table and TV. Laundry, bathroom and kitchen on the main floor are shared with the homeowner (me). Utilities are included and covered parking is available.

I live on the main floor with my two friendly cats. I know cats aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but they can be kept out of your space (there’s a door to the stairs), and I vacuum regularly. I work part time from home, part time at Augustana, am a vegetarian and pretty quiet. I have asthma, so I maintain a smoke and fragrance free environment, but I’m happy to provide fragrance-free laundry soap, etc.
