I’m looking for someone to take over my room. I currently have the room until the end of August, and after that you’ll be able to sign a new lease directly with the current leaseholder if you’d like to stay.

About the condo:

• You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one male roommate (the leaseholder’s brother)
• The other roommate is the leaseholder (sister), so the condo is shared by a brother and sister
• Located on the 41st floor with an amazing view of the CN Tower and Lake Ontario from the room
• In-unit washer & dryer
• 24-hour security

You will be living with a sister and brother. They are both clean, tidy, and responsible people who respect shared spaces.

The brother is usually not home much because of his work schedule. The sister works from home, so this room would be a better fit for someone who does not work from home and can enjoy a comfortable shared living environment. They are friendly and easygoing, and they keep the condo clean and organized.
