The place has two rooms, you would get the bigger one. Both rooms have access to a shared bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared.

I really like my place, and I live here by myself, but now I have a girlfriend and I spent most of my time with her, and I rarely sleep at my place. so I wouldn’t mind sharing the place with someone that might use it properly.

I still swing by a few hours every other day just to cook or water my plants, clean and do laundry.

I just want someone I can trust because I am not at my place most of the time. So I want to be sure that nothing will break, stain, etc…

I know people aren’t neat freaks. But please keep everything in one piece and smelling nice.
