private 400 sqft Open concept room with natural light, gas fire place and ceiling fan. Furnished.( big enough for a bed, small living room, desk and a eating area. Close to BCIT Burnaby campus or Burnaby Central High school. Quiet area close to parks, lakes, bus stop, hospital and shopping and more. Street parking only. Bathroom is semi shared (mostly yours) and kitchen shared. This room is for 1 student only- no drugs, a non smoker and non vapour . No pets allowed. This home is also a NUT FREE home NO EXCEPTIONS!! rent includes all utilities , nexflix, internet, laundry and others discussed. Only in person meet and greets. Application required References, source of income and school papers required. Available August 4th 2026
