Rent includes all utilities, private room and private bathroom. Located on the 4th floor of a walk up. No smoking or burning anything inside the building. Covered parking.

I am 34 years old, queer and poly/ENM. I work full-time in the non-profit sector and am also pursuing a master’s degree full-time. On weekdays I tend to keep quiet. I drink socially on weekends. I have a very sweet Boston/Frenchie mix - open to other pets if they meet condo bylaws and get along with my dog.
