I’m looking for a female roommate to share my home in a quiet area close to Inkster & Main.

💰 Rent: $600/month – all utilities included

The room will be emptied and ready for the right person.

A little about the home: It’s a quiet, comfortable home, and I’m hoping to find someone who will treat it like a home rather than just a place to rent a room. I have pets, so you must love animals, but unfortunately I can’t accommodate any additional pets.

I’m looking for someone who is: • Female • Working/employed • Non-smoker • Clean and tidy and willing to clean up after herself • Quiet and respectful • Comfortable living with pets • Ideally closer to my own age/stage of life, as I think that would be the best fit for our household and lifestyles

I do a bigger house clean once a week, so I’m not expecting someone to be a neat freak — just keep your own room clean and tidy up after yourself in the shared spaces.

This is a quiet household, so I’m looking for someone who wants the same kind of peaceful living environment.

I live by myself with my 2 furbabies. 2 amazing cats that rule the house. They are all very friendly and love people. As am I. This is a duplex and there is a young family living upstairs who are very quiet as well.
I am a quiet person, work full time and go to the gym a lot. My evenings are usually spent crocheting and watching some Netflix or doing some work from home.
