Private room across the hall from a bathroom shared with 1 other person. The apartment has 3 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms; the room for rent is the largest room in the apartment.

The apartment is conveniently located right between the Dal engineering campus and the waterfront, and within easy walking distance of both a Superstore and a Sobeys, several bus stops, and many amazing restaurants.

In the apartment, we also have air conditioning, a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry.

The apartment complex also offers parking, storage lockers, a bike storage room, a gym, a building common room, and a rooftop deck for residents to use.

Unfortunately, the lease conditions state that both pets and smoking are prohibited on the premises.

Anna (she/her) is currently a student working on her master’s degree in electrical engineering at Dal. She is often busy with school and extracurricular activities, and thus tends to enjoy a good night in. She is also quite friendly and wants each roommate to feel respected and welcome.

Todd (he/him) completed his bachelor’s degree last year in political science at Dal and is now working full time. He is the other roommate that uses the shared washroom. He can be very quiet, but is extremely nice and respectful of other roommates’ schedules. He occasionally bakes treats to share with the other roommates.
