Great condo space near the river right in the heart of Inglewood, and only a few bus stations away from downtown Calgary. Lots of outdoor and driveway parking available. The available room is the master bedroom of the condo on the top floor, with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. We have a large shared kitchen and living room space, with furniture and a TV that you’d be welcome to use. Utilities are included in the renting price, which include air conditioning, heat, electricity, and water. There a BBQ outside on our porch you’d be welcome to use, as well as a washing and drying machine for no extra cost.

My name is Jonathan, and I’ve been renting this condo space with my buddy Ryan. We just had our third roommate have to move away for school, and the place is a little bit big for just the 2 of us. I’m a professional actor and musician, just breaking in to the artistic space in the city, and Ryan is a software engineer working at a small company here in Calgary. We’re both pretty social, and always down to have a conversation about something or another, and also perfectly okay to just head to our respective rooms and have some quiet time. We’re also both huge nerds, and love to play board or card games together when we’re free. I tend to come and go often for rehearsals and gigs during the week, and Ryan works a pretty consistent schedule, so the house usually sits pretty quiet in the late mornings and afternoons.
