I’ve got a room available in my house in Secord.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so it never feels crowded. The room available is large, has a small walk-in closet, and can be furnished if needed. The full bathroom is shared with one other person, plus there’s a half bathroom on the main floor.

One of my favorite parts of the house is the backyard. There’s a deck, BBQ, firepit, and string lights, so it’s a nice place to hang out in the summer or unwind after work. The living room also has big projector so it is always nice to watch a movie and relax.

There’s lots of parking right in front of the house, and some garage storage is available if you need space for a few things.

The location is super convenient. Most grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are only about 5–7 minutes away, and it’s an easy commute to the Amazon facility and other west Edmonton workplaces.

2 people currently, the 3rd one is leaving after 2years to go live with girlfriend. We are pretty chill, and full-time working and living our own lives. I’m into fitness/boxing (we got some boxing equipment in the garage for use too) and I’m into self-development, improving life, creating social groups and investing. The other roommate is a pretty chill guy, he likes rock/music, maintaining his fast car and he is a pretty good cook (btw each person will have their own kitchen/fridge/pantry/shelves section, and will cook its own food) The house is pretty much very quiet, but there’s the odd exception when there’s friends over in the backyard or a roommate birthday party - but always a heads-up
