Hey everyone, I’m looking for a roommate for September 1st. I’m a 19yo starting my undergrad in Comp Eng at Concordia, and I have a room available in my 2-bedroom apartment in NDG.

The apartment is a 7-minute walk to the Loyola campus, so you won’t have to deal with commuting in the winter. And public transit is nearby so you can get to downtown easily

You’d be getting the bigger bedroom of the two, plus the bigger closet. Rent is $950 flat, which covers absolutely everything (rent, hydro, and fast wifi) so you don’t have to worry about splitting bills. I’m still moving some stuff in, but the whole place and your room will be fully furnished by September.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, gets great light, has hardwood floors, and a balcony. Laundry is just a few steps away in a nearby building.
