Spacious room on the third floor of a triplex house. Located on a quiet, private street, 15 minute walk away from Billing’s Bridge, and a five minute walk away from Heron Station. Close to nature, a 5-10 minute walk away from Sawmill Creek.

Bills are not included in rent due to the amount fluctuating by month, and will be split in thirds. This will be an extra $40-$60 a month on average.

Room is a former living room converted into a bedroom. Room is listed as unfurnished but is semi-furnished, and is roughly 1/4 the size of the entire apartment.

Male roommate is preferred but we will not turn away any women who are interested in the room.

Street parking is available for those who need it.

Two 30-something guys who keep to ourselves and each have our own routines. We also have an adorable and fluffy Maine Coon cat living with us. While he is friendly towards people, he can become territorial with other animals so applicants without pets will be given preference.
