We have a comfortable, fully furnished room available on the main floor of our clean and well-maintained house in a quiet, safe pocket of Forest Grove. We are a friendly household looking for a respectful and compatible roommate who will be a great fit for our home.

The rest of the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—just bring your suitcase!

• All utilities included: high-speed WiFi, heat, water, and electricity • Access to shared living spaces: cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen (all cookware, utensils, and tableware provided) • Shared bathroom • Private laundry facilities in the basement and ample street parking. • Only a 1-minute walk to the direct bus route to USask and University Heights Square, and walking distance to the vibrant Central Avenue strip.

We are seeking a quiet, clean, and respectful female student or young professional. To maintain a peaceful environment, smoking, drugs, and parties are strictly prohibited. Because of our dog, we cannot accept any other pets (sorry!).

Damage deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent) and references are required.
