I am looking for someone to share with me a nice 2 bed 2 bath apartment in downtown Kitchener. I will furnish the entire place, including your room, as I already have some pretty good furniture. This building has several amenities such as an indoor pool, gym, outdoor spaces, bbq, concierge service etc. All utilities are included except hydro and parking costs an additional 100 if you need it. FYI: the furniture is not mine as the photo is from the building’s website.
I am a pretty easy going, clean and respectful person and am searching for a roommate with similar traits. I am a software engineer and am usually either at work or working from home :)
As I said I am approachable and easy going and would like to foster a good relation with any roommate while also respecting boundaries.
