Just me. I’m from Sudbury and don’t know anyone in Smiths falls, I work overnights and don’t have pets but I’m okay if a tenant/roommate does. I stick to myself and respect boundaries but am friendly and can be talkative. I’m not a complainer as long as you do your part and/or pay on time. I won’t have guests but you are more than welcome too have them as well your partner. Free environment. No rules besides smoking outside unless your renting the loft but vaping is ok indoors 2nd rule: entering my room or me yours is strictly off limits without permission or emergency. That would be the only rule signed besides agreement of payment.
