Within walking distance of Hermitage park makes it so there are tons of nice walking trails. Grocery stores and other shopping necessities are close by. Easy access to transit as there is a bus stop for the 116 close by. Utilities are included in the rent, we just pay for electricity and internet. Internet is $68/month in total and electricity is around $50-$70/month total, and will be split between the both of us. You will have the secondary bedroom as well as the main bathroom to yourself. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the space will have the basic necessities such as cookware, dishes, cutlery, living room furniture, etc. There is laundry in suite, as well as a dishwasher.

I am 25 (turning 26 in October) and am going into my last year of my bachelor’s with a major in criminology. I was laid off a little bit ago so am in the process of finding a new job but I was working as a youth worker before with youth offenders and hope to continue working with vulnerable populations. I have a 7 year old female cat named Luna, who is spayed and up to date on all her vaccines. Unfortunately she has to be the only pet but is very friendly once comfortable, and can share the love if that’s something you want. I love reading, have recently gotten into sewing, karaoke, board game cafes, and arts and crafts. I do not drink or smoke and would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke, but am okay with someone who drinks casually.
