A private room on the second floor of a fully renovated 3 bdrm house. The room is for a female University of Manitoba student. Grad student is preferred. International students are welcome. The room is currently unfurnished and can be furnished if needed. The kitchen, bathrooms (1.5), laundry, storage room, fully finished basement, living room, and fully enclosed backyard will be shared with 1 and eventually 2 other female students. Parking is in the driveway with a plug-in. All utilities and the internet are included. The house is in a beautiful Fort Richmond area, 5-7 min. walk to the direct bus route to campus. One can also walk to campus in 30 min.

I am a responsible landlady, addressing all the needs immediately. I do not reside in the house but live nearby. 1 student living in the house is a responsible, study-oriented female. Looking for a like-minded serious roommate. Eventually, one more roommate will occupy the 3rd bedroom in the house.
