Hi potential roomie! We are looking for a roomie for our great shared house. Update: The room available for Aug 1 has been filed, but we have another room available for September 1, 2026, so I’ve updated the post :)

The place:

Great Kitsilano location. Steps to buses to downtown and UBC. Steps to a large grocery store. Bars, coffee and restaurants a short walk away.
Spacious with lots of living space. Big bright living room, dining room, and “kitchen nook” with couches.

The place is comfy and cozy, and we’re interested in maintaining an environment where people enjoy hanging out in the common areas and the big back yard. We host a monthly potluck, and have occasional chit chatting over some wine. If that sounds nice, get in touch – we might be a fit!
