Je cherche quelqu’un pour reprendre ma chambre dans un joli appartement situé dans un quartier pratique et accueillant.

Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant l’immeuble, un supermarché à proximité, ainsi que de très bonnes connexions de transport en commun.

L’appartement est lumineux, propre et bien entretenu, avec une ambiance chaleureuse et beaucoup de plantes qui rendent l’espace encore plus agréable et accueillant.

C’est l’endroit idéal pour quelqu’un qui recherche un chez-soi paisible dans un emplacement pratique. J’espère trouver une personne qui appréciera cet espace et en prendra soin autant que je l’ai fait. 😊

I’m a calm but outgoing person, and I’ve really enjoyed living with my roommate, who is the main tenant of the apartment. You’ll be living with her, and I can honestly say she is one of the kindest and sweetest people you’ll meet. She’s very welcoming, easy to get along with, and always happy to help make you feel comfortable in your new home.

If you’re new to the city, she’s also the kind of person who would happily show you around and help you discover the area!

Je suis une personne calme mais sociable, et j’ai vraiment apprécié vivre avec ma colocataire, qui est la locataire principale de l’appartement. Tu vivras avec elle, et je peux honnêtement dire que c’est l’une des personnes les plus gentilles et adorables que tu puisses rencontrer. Elle est très accueillante, facile à vivre et toujours prête à aider pour que tu te sentes bien dans ton nouveau chez-toi.

Si tu es nouveau/nouvelle dans la ville, elle est aussi le genre de personne qui sera heureuse de te faire découvrir les alentours et de t’aider à te familiariser avec le quartier !
