Looking for someone to move into a bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1500 sqft apartment in the Annex. The third bedroom is a shared office space. Located within 10 minutes from both Line 1 and Line 2 subways. Apartment has a beautiful balcony with a full patio set. Laundry is coin-operated in the basement of the building.

I am a 26-year-old graduate student. I love pottery, nature, live music, and spending time with friends. I’m hoping to find a roommate who is also queer or queer-friendly, who both values a quiet/private space and wants to be friends. I’d love to be able to both have quiet time and get to come together to go to a farmer’s market, go out for drinks, make dinner together sometimes, or watch a movie.
