This historic building offers incredible privacy (no neighbours above or beside you), high ceilings, a second entrance (shared with only one other unit), and beautiful architectural character. 🏛️🌿

🎨 The Vibe: We keep it quiet, relaxed, and inspiring.

🛋️ The Layout: Living/dining area, private entrance, and a small Den we use as a quiet tea room for reading. 🍵

🌟 The Perks: Access to a private residents’ park, lots of natural light, great airflow, thick walls for soundproofing.

🛏️ The Room: Big window, high ceiling, same size as the other bedrooms. Comes with an IKEA twin (single) bed + built-in closet. (Photo shows it empty — the bed’s included.) 📷

💰 Rent (All-Inclusive): • First 3 months: $1,050/mo • From month 4 onward: $900/mo

Covers Heat, Water, Power & Internet — plus shared household basics I keep stocked (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.). Just bring your things and move in. 📦
