🏡 About the Space: Looking for a peaceful, creative-friendly home? We’re renting out one private bedroom in our spacious 3B1B + Den top-floor unit. Built in 1885, the building has real character, high ceilings, hardwood floors, big windows with lovely morning light, but everything’s well kept, and it stays really warm and cozy in winter. You also get incredible privacy (no neighbours above or beside you) and a second entrance shared with just one other unit. 🏛️🌿

🎨 The Vibe: We keep it quiet, relaxed, and easygoing. Honestly, we’d love to find someone a little less conventional, artistic types welcome. The three of us are pretty international, into lots of different things, and generally laid-back.

🛋️ The Layout: Living/dining area, private entrance, and a small Den we use as a quiet room for reading. 🍵

🍳 Move-in Ready: The kitchen’s basically fully stocked - two fridges (one large, one small), toaster, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, plus all the pots, pans, dishes, and glassware. Everyday basics like toilet paper and dish soap are covered too. You really just need to bring your own bedding and personal things and you’re set. 📦

🌟 The Perks: Access to a private residents’ garden, lots of natural light, great airflow, thick walls.

🛏️ The Room: Big window, high ceiling, same size as the other bedrooms. Comes with an IKEA twin (single) bed + built-in closet. (Photo shows it empty, the bed’s included.) 📷

💰 Rent (All-Inclusive): • First 3 months: $1,050/mo • From month 4 onward: $900/mo

Covers Heat, Water, Power & Internet plus the shared household basics above.

📅 Availability: September 1st.

⏳ Term: I’d like to start with a 3-month trial, ideal if you’re after something flexible (roughly 3–6 months). I can host through early next year. Happy to walk through the details at the viewing.
