About the room

All Female house It’s a nice private room in a 4-bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen and washroom. The room is available from August 15, 2026 All utilities are included. Fantastic location near downtown, Rexall, Tim Hortons, a gas station, and just a block away from the via rail. In the summer, it’s super nice because there’s a walking trail right next to the apartment.

We are mainly looking for a respectable female. If interested, please send a message with a short bio about yourself!

We are 3 working females from a mixed culture, lively, kind, friendly, and respectful, in our 30s. We work shift work, so there will be days where we aren’t around the house as much. Just a few ground rules: we don’t allow parties at the house, smoking, or loud noise after hours to keep things peaceful and clean for everyone.
