I am Looking for a renter to share my conveniently located executive house in Lynnwood with all its amenities and proximity to U of A, WEM and Downtown. This spacious open concept house has many amenities: swimming pool, sauna and more. House responsibilities will be shared. The $750 monthly rent includes electricity, gas, Best TV/internet and water. About the roomies

There are three bathrooms and three other renters. The other renter in his twenties shares the bath and works in film. The other renter (60) upstairs is in retail and the 3rd other renter 60+ is downstairs and works in a seniors’ facility. I live downstairs and travel a lot and spend winter in Mexico. The two of us downstairs have a fridge, microwave, air fryer and induction burner reducing the use of the main kitchen.
