Hi, I am finding two roommates for my apartment. The place is a minute walk to Union station and will be needing a first and last month deposit from you. I have a full walkthrough video of the apartment when I first got it so I can send it to you through via message if you want a better look at it. You will be getting an actual private room with full privacy it’s not dens or slide door rooms, the place have a balcony for fresh air as well. The rooms are not furnished so you will be needing to customize your rooms however you want it. You will be sharing the bathroom with your other roommates. The apartment got everything except Wifi but you will be sharing it with two other roommates including me so it won’t be much of a cost. Electricity, hydro, heat and AC is all covered up for you, parking is free as well. The building have a Large swimming pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. It have a two gyms one huge and small, there are game rooms, treater room, banquet hall, study areas, basketball court, tennis court and last but not least barbecue area as well. The area less a five minutes walk to Harbourfront Centre as well. Groceries are ten to fifteen minutes walk from the place. It is really good area so you don’t have to worry about some homeless trying to harass you at night as well.
I am a bit of a clean freak so I’m going to need you to be clean and respectful person. I am a really chill and flexible guy, most of the time I’m not even home I’m either at work or somewhere. If you are a smoker you are more than welcome to smoke at the balcony but never inside the home please. I’d prefer a student or someone who’s willing to stay long term like maybe a year if possible.
