About the roomies
I’m currently living in the property (architect and Beach volleyball player) and am looking for a roommate starting September. There are two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, but one shower which is shared. The entire apartment is fully furnished, but can clear out the room to make space for any bedroom furniture you might want to bring! I work from home two days a week but the rest of the time you’re on your own!
There is shared laundry in the building, but holy its fast and there aren’t many people in the building so there isn’t typically a wait. Helps that there are multiple machines too.
