I am traveling for the next year and am looking for a young profesional or student (preferably female) to sublet my room while I’m away: October 2026-October 2027 (with slight flexibility if needed) If you think that this would be a good fit please send me a message.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, den, laundry room and an outside deck area.

• 1 bedroom available in a 3 bed 3 bath apartment
• Bedroom comes furnished (includes: Bed frame, matress, 2 nightstands, a tv, dresser and 2 bookselves)
• In the north end close to a lot of nice cafes and restaurants, close to Agricola St -5 minute walk to Sobeys, Lawtons and Rockhead on Windsor St
• Rent is $1,150 a month (everything included)
• Sometimes we foster cats so pets are welcome with discussion and aproval from other tenants and landlord
• Ameneties include: washer and dryer, all kitchen appliances and kitchenware and a backyard
• There is street parking available

We are three young professionals working and in school in the west/northend. I am traveling and looking for another young professional/student to sublease my room while I’m away.
