About the room
Hello all! I’m looking for a roommate to share my 1,100 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Halifax’s South End.
I moved to Halifax this summer to begin my studies at NSCAD and was lucky enough to find this beautiful space. It was one of those apartments I knew I couldn’t pass up, and now I’m looking for the right person to fill the second bedroom. If you’re looking for a bright, quiet home with plenty of character in an incredible location, this could be a great fit for you :-)

- Fully renovated and freshly painted

About the roomies
About me: My name is Aeron (sober, queer, partnered). I’m a 32-year-old artist and NSCAD student. I’m easygoing, thoughtful, and keep a pretty calm lifestyle at home. I like keeping shared spaces clean, comfortable, and believe a home should be somewhere everyone feels good coming back to.
Home is somewhere I recharge, so while I’m always happy to chat over tea or share the occasional meal, I also really value everyone’s independence and personal space. I think the best roommate situations are the ones where people feel comfortable both spending time together and doing their own thing.
I’m hoping to find someone who’s reliable, communicative, and wants to help create a home that feels nourishing, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to live in.
If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message telling me a little about yourself ~ what you do, what you’re looking for in a home, and anything else you’d like to share. Happy to answer any questions or set up a viewing!
