About the room
First off it’s ONLY available to a female from 40 years- 55 yrs old. as I want someone my age to live with me…( i;m 51 year old female )and secondly - you must be ok - not allergic to both one overall very calm dog and 2 cats. It’s a beautiful condo, apt on the fourth floor, right on the corner of Woodbine and Queen st East., within a few blocks from the Beach.
The room for rent is a bit on the smaller side but it does have it’s own bathroom across the hall. The kitchen and living room, modern- beautiful- and spacious and lovely - with large windows and there is a pretty big veranda as well !
Finally the cost has not been fixed as of yet.
About the roomies
The place would be shared with just me, a 51 year old female but very young at heart - and maybe as Im half greek / irish female, im warm and friendly -but also quiet, respectable, and clean and and i am hoping to find someone also who is quiet and clean - but truly hoping to find a kind woman my age that i might really click with as a friend as well.
My dog is calm and just sleeps all day- but the only issue is from time to time if someone comes at the door he can have an aggressive bark.
Finally I haven’t completely made up my mind if i want to rent out the room and for what price yet.. I’m just testing the waters as I really have to find the right person to make it worth it.
