Roommate wanted for one bedroom in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Heron Park. Female only. Bathroom is shared with one other girl. The apartment has an in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, deep freezer, central AC. Each roommate has a large personal pantry. Availability for Sept 1st. Rent is 700/month plus utilities and wifi(which are normally 40-50$). Bedroom will be unfurnished but common spaces are furnished. Excellent transit access. Otrain line 2 and Heron station are a 10 minute walk away. Very close proximity to Billings bridge shopping centre (has a Walmart, independent, lcbo, and a dollar store) street parking is available.

Currently three female university students are occupying the space. We’re fifth year undergraduate or graduate students at Carleton. We are social and friendly, and like to spend time together in common spaces. We enjoy the occasional night out, but spend most of our nights hanging out at home.
