About the room

Hello!

I have a 1 bedroom + ensuite bathroom available in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in North End Halifax. The apartment is bright, spacious, and clean! Within walking distance to many coffee shops, gym, downtown, the commons, and more! The apartment has a large living space with plenty of natural light, modern kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher!), in unit laundry, heat pump, and a great sized patio. Golden hour also conveniently shines into the main area… :) There is a parking garage in the bottom which currently is a wait list to get a spot (I was on the waitlist when I moved in and it only took a couple months!). Permit parking on the street is available. The main area is fully furnished, the bedroom is not furnished. There is a shared gym on the main floor, as well as an amenity room that has a full kitchen/media/lounging area you are able to book and rent (for free).

Rent is $1325 - this includes heat/water. We pay for power & wifi. I’m looking to fill for Oct 1 - there is negotiation possibly for an earlier date if needed!

About the roomies

I am a responsible, friendly 28 year old female who works as an RN - I enjoy getting outside, exercise, connecting with friends, and trying new things! I am looking for a female roommate who is respectful, communicative, and easy going. I’d love to find someone who keeps the living space clean, and is happy to keep our home space mainly a relaxed environment.

I have two pets! A 5 year old pup named Lucy. She is a well-trained and socialized dog, who is very respectful of shared spaces (no issues with any destruction). Also an 8 year old sweetie kitty Willa who mainly keeps to herself. Both are very affectionate and friendly.
