Its also close to groceries - an 8-10mins walk from Loblaws, FreshCo and NoFrills. You’ll have the bigger room with tons of closet space. The place is furnished, except for your room and has a lot of natural light. Laundry is available in the building basement.

About you 🔎 I’m looking for someone who’s very clean and not mindful of noises, I’m hoping to find the right fit for a roommate. One roommate only, couples/sharing rooms will not be considered. I’d prefer a female in her mid-twenties
