2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on 7th ave 8th street SW right beside 7th ST ctrain station and many public transit stops in the Garden Towers building starting September 1st or potentially earlier till April 2027 or longer.

• The rent is 800 a month all included (i pay 850 for a larger bedroom)

• There is coin laundry, and an onsite gym.

• Small pet’s are allowed for a fee and I would be comfortable with it

• Parking is 50 a month in the garage (I dont drive so we wouldn’t have to pay for multiple)

• Mostly furnished place w/ dishware im chill with sharing - coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster

• bedroom is unfurnished

• Lots of communal storage!

I’m preferably looking for someone queer or comfortable with it because I am myself. Similarly, I am 21 and would prefer someone in my age range. I go to AUArts across from Sait fulltime during the school year.

I have a current lease for the apartment for a yea till April 2027 but my previous roommate had to leave for financial reasons, either you could come onto the lease if approved, or just pay your portion of the rent.

I am okay with simply cohabitating but I would prefer to be on good terms so that we can discuss rules or comfortability without a lot of drama. For this reason I would prefer to chat and get to know each other a bit first so we know it would work. I’m pretty chill I draw read and play games a lot or I’m out with friends, but the space is great for hosting so I’m cool with that sort of thing as well.
