1 bedroom available in a basement near Banff Trail Station NW. One train stop away from University of Calgary and two stops away from SAIT. The station is a 5 min walk from the house. The basement is shared with three other tenants and has its own full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Bathroom is shared with only two of the tenants. Rent is $580 (includes all utilities) and an additional ~$20 needs to be paid for Wifi each month.

The room comes furnished with box spring, mattress, closet, drawers, desk and chair. Lots of street parking available with no time or zone restrictions.

Lease has to be for eight months starting beginning of September, 2026 till end of April 2027. Looking for responsible male student or working adult.
