Quiet property and neighborhood, within walking distance of Confederation Park. Spacious and affordable, ideal for mature students or workers, five minutes walking distance to bus stop, 10 min bus ride to SAIT (bus 4 & 5 routes). 1/2 of the common areas have already been furnished by me, the other half you can furnished to your liking. Bedroom for rent has a decent storage, has a small shelf, and may include a single bad if Roommate wants it. Basement has recently been redone with new flooring everywhere and they all new bathroom. Unit has its own laundry room with brand new side-loaded washer and dryer. Division of space in common areas can be and will be discussed for fair distribution of space.

Space will be shared with one mature full-time worker and Electrical Engineering Tech student at SAIT (30’s, Male), very clean, organized, quiet. I’m gay and roommate has to be ok with it or move on, no space for bigotry. I am very interested in board games, poker, video games, music, social sciences, and very excited about the outdoors. I’m always open to have someone to join me on my daily runs, occasional chill board game nights, or a constructive and respectful debate.
