A bright private bedroom is available in our clean and comfortable two-bedroom apartment in Brentwood, Burnaby. The apartment has a warm and relaxed atmosphere, with a shared kitchen and living area that feels welcoming while still giving each person plenty of privacy.

The location is very convenient — close to SkyTrain, Brentwood Town Centre, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and gyms. There is also access to nearby amenities, including a gym and hot tub, which is a nice bonus.

I’d love for the apartment to feel like a comfortable home, not just two people renting separate rooms, so I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easy to live with.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, a professional working full-time as a pharmacist. I’m clean, responsible and respectful, but I’d also love to find a roommate I can genuinely get along with.

It would be nice to chat after work, occasionally share a meal, or go out for coffee or drinks, while still respecting each other’s privacy and independence. The apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly, and I’m hoping to find someone kind, tidy, dependable and interested in creating a comfortable and friendly home together.
