About the room
A large 1,200 square foot apartment located in Forest Hill near Bathurst and St. Clair. Located less than a 2 minute walk from St. Clair West subway station, streetcar, Loblaws, and, Forest Hill Village shops and restaurants. Also near the St. Clair ravine trail/park. The area is quiet and clean, and right in the middle of downtown and midtown.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom with a large kitchen and living room. (Includes central A/C and Heating). Main bathroom(the larger one) would be yours and won’t have to be shared, unless there are people over. Kitchen and living room are fully furnished and have appliances for everyones’ use. Rent includes hydro, A/C/Heat, water, biweekly cleaner, and 3 gigabit internet for no extra cost. (Option to have wired ethernet in your room is also available. Just let me know in advance so I can install the cable). The room can easily fit a queen sized bed, large desk and some furniture, and also includes a well sized closet with shelving. Room can be fully painted white upon request.
About the roomies
I’m the only other person that will be living in the apartment, besides one cat and one dog (Who are both incredibly friendly and love attention). No preference on gender of people living here, and we don’t need to be best friends, but it would be cool to have a roomie that I can chat with and enjoy the space with.
