Looking to fill 2 rooms in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in the North End. Girls and gays welcome! Looking for people who will sign the lease starting Sept 1, 2026.

Room 1: $840/month + bills (electricity, heat, wifi). Room 2: $890/month + bills (electricity, heat, wifi). Tenants’ insurance is also required.

Located in the North End near the Windsor St Sobeys - super walkable and bus accessible.

We have in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a balcony, and lots of storage space. The living areas will be mostly unfurnished, so if you have any furniture, that would be great! The building is very safe, quiet, and has a gym and a pool.

The smaller room is about 110sqft and the larger is 150 sqft. Both rooms are SE facing and we also have SW facing windows, so the unit is super bright all day! Both are unfurnished and both rooms will share a bathroom.

Sorry no pets, rooms are single occupancy only, and no smoking.

Potential roommate is subject to approval by management.
