I live in a basement suite located in Northside Edmonton in the neighborhood of Cy Becker. It is a two bedroom suite in a single detached home and the landlords live upstairs. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the second room and the living space will be shared. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The place is mostly furnished as I’ve been living at this place for more than 4 years. But the second bedroom is not furnished so you would need your own bedroom furniture. Although I am looking for a roommate privately, the selected person will need to be screened and approved through the house’s property management company as every new tenant is processed through them.
