The space is a basement suite located in Northside Edmonton in the neighborhood of Cy Becker. It is a two bedroom suite in a single detached home and the landlords live upstairs. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the second room and the living spaces will be shared.

The first three pictures are of the unoccupied bedroom. The pictures are from when I first rented the place 4 years ago, the place is now mostly furnished. But the second bedroom is not furnished so you would need your own bedroom furniture. The suite has its own washer and dryer as well as its own adjustable thermostat.

Although I am looking for a roommate privately, the selected person will need to be screened and approved through the house’s property management company as every new tenant is processed through them. I believe they’ll only need a copy of your ID and your email address. I’m only looking for a female roommate no males.

The move in date is flexible and if everything lines up it can be arranged to be sooner.

Cleanliness and open communication is important to me, and I do my part to keep shared spaces tidy. I’m looking for someone who’s kind, considerate, clean, and easygoing as well. We don’t have to become best friends, but I’d love to live with someone where we get along and can maintain a comfortable, peaceful space together.
