Our downtown furnished room is opening in October!!! We’re in a really good downtown location, it’s about a 5 minute walk to Saint-Laurent metro, close to McGill, and grocery stores. It’s super convenient and the apartment itself is chill and cozy. Perfect for a student!! Room has a bed, a desk with a chair, and a decent closet. Included amenities: • Heat + electricity • High speed fibre Wi-Fi • Shared kitchen (shelf space) + shared bathroom • Washer/dryer in the building (pay through an app) Month to month, open to long term. We’re a chill couple and we like gaming and relaxing. We have three cats! They’re friendly but mostly just hang out and do their own thing 🐈 We’re looking for one person. Just someone responsible, with their own dishes, clean up your own messes, and respectful of shared space. English speaking household. No other pets and no smoking inside.
